Shipping Policy

We will do our best to contact the order recipient if we cannot locate the nominated address and if the recipient is not contactable, we will do our best to determine a safe location to leave your order. If the order contains perishable/fresh/frozen products, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a fee of $15 will be charged for re-delivery.

 

Items may at times be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. We will notify the customer on refunding the cost of product(s)

 

Any issues must be reported to customer service within 24hours of delivery
