  2. To qualify for free delivery, the voucher code must be applied to an order totaling $60 or more, excluding taxes, discounts, and any applicable fees.

  3. Free delivery is applicable only to standard shipping within the designated delivery zones.

  4. The voucher code can only be used once per customer.

  5. The voucher code cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  6. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice at the discretion of WeCart.

  7. WeCart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

  • Any promotional offers including discount codes, weekly specials and clearance are valid for retail customers only. We reserve the right to cancel orders of substantial quantities or for business purposes.

  • We reserve the right to reject or reduce your order of any product for any reason, including if the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the website.

  • All data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces and photographs are owned by WeCart. We do not grant use of any of this content except for viewing purposes.

  • Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  • We use pre-authorisation for credit/debit card payments which allows us to temporarily hold the estimated order value as a pending transaction. Once the order is picked and finalised by our team members, the final updated payment will be processed.

  • If you have selected to give us Authority to Leave, we will leave your order unattended at your nominated spot at the Delivery Address or such other spot which we determine is suitable for delivery at the time.

  • If you have not given us Authority to Leave, we will try to contact you on the phone number provided for authority to leave. If we cannot contact you, your order will be returned, and a fee of $15 plus the charges for any perishable products in your order that we have accepted.

  • if we cannot access or locate the Delivery Address, or if we cannot access your nominated spot or determine a suitable spot to deliver your order (for unattended deliveries), your order will be returned, and a fee of $15 plus the charges for any perishable products in your order that we have accepted.

  • Items may at times be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. You have the option to allow substitutions for each item. If you have allowed substitutions, we will endeavour to replace the out of stock item with a similar item.  Substituted items will show on your final invoice which will be emailed to you when your order has been picked.  

  • If a substituted item has a lower price than the item you ordered, we will refund the difference to you. If the substituted item has a higher price than the item you ordered, we will charge you for the appropriate item.

  • For substituted items, we will endeavour to provide you an item of similar price and weight. We cannot ensure that the substitute product caters to your specific dietary needs. Please read the labels of each Product for dietary and allergy information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request in circumstances where we have provided a substituted item.

  • If you do not want substitutions for any items, please deselect "Allow substitutions" in your cart.

  • Any issues must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.

  • WeCart cannot take any special requests for specific product requirements or specific expiry dates.

  • WeCart reserve the right to cancel orders found to be fraudulent.

  • Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • WeCart reserves the right to refuse service or amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason.

  • WeCart will endeavour to notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any good/s where the price has been corrected or your order may be cancelled without prior notification.

  • WeCart requires upfront payment for orders to be delivered. This includes items added to an order already been placed. In the instance of non-payment, WeCart reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods.

  • WeCart will endeavour to delivery within the selected delivery window, however on occasions due to circumstances beyond our control this is not possible.  We will refund the delivery fee if requested, if one has been paid or offer a free delivery coupon on a future delivery.  We will not offer any other compensation for delivery outside the selected window.

About WeCart Rewards
  1. Earning Points:

    • Customers earn points with every eligible purchase made on WeCart only.

    • Points are calculated based on the total order value, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

    • Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per AUD $1 spent.

  2. Eligible Purchases:

    • Only purchases made on WeCart are eligible for points.

    • Returns, refunds, and canceled orders will result in the deduction of corresponding points.

  3. Points Calculation:

    • Points are calculated and credited to the customer's account post the completion of the purchase.

    • The points calculation is subject to adjustment in case of order modifications.

  4. Point Expiry:

    • There is no expiry for the WeCart points.

  5. Redeeming Points:

    • Points can be redeemed during the checkout process.

    • Customers can choose to apply their available points to receive a discount on their purchase.

    • Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of currency.

  6. Point Redemption Rate:

    • Redemption rates may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated in advance.

  7. Combining Discounts:

    • Points cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless explicitly mentioned.

  8. Fraudulent Activities:

    • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the points system may result in the cancellation of points and account suspension.

  9. Modification and Termination:

    • WeCart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time, with or without notice.

  10. Disputes:

    • In case of disputes or discrepancies, WeCart's decision regarding points allocation and redemption will be final.

WeCart Liquor

​

As a condition of using this website, you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of use.

  • Ordering through the WeCart 

When placing an order, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not confirm that you are    18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

 

  • Personal information 

WeCart collects your personal information when placing an order.

  • Address for delivery

You agree that the address to which we may deliver is the address you gave for delivery as part of your order. We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.

 

  • Delivery pre-conditions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.

We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances are unsuitable for any reason including because:

  1. any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  2. under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable to accept delivery for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).

We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

  1. You must not purchase any products from us for the purposes of resale to any third party. If we have a concern with the quantity of products you have ordered from us or that you may be otherwise purchasing products for resale, we may contact you when you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order to obtain further information. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe in our reasonable opinion that you have purchased products for resale purposes.

  • No Pick up at Warehouse

There shall be no pick up available for orders containing  alcoholic product(s). All orders with alcohol product(s) must be delivered to a nominated address provided by the user

  • Delivery times

We will do our best to process and dispatch your order(s) within a reasonable  period of time. You accept the risk that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.

 

  • Delivery returns

If we have attempted delivery of your order and it fails for any reason, we will return your products to our warehouse and a fee of $25 will be charged. You can contact us to arrange a re-delivery. We will also contact you or the recipient to advise of the failed delivery attempt. If we do not hear from you within 5 days from the initial communication, we reserve the right to cancel and a fee of $25 will be charged. You agree that we may return and refund your order where we were unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond control. This is including but not limited to providing an incomplete or incorrect address, no access to your delivery address, or where the "Delivery pre-conditions" above were not met.

 

  • Cancellations by us

We may cancel your order before completion of delivery in whole or in part. We will provide reasonable notice of the cancellation by contacting you via phone, text, or email. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are as follows:

  1. if any of the ordered products are not available

  2. if there was any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us

  3. if your order is in breach of any other terms, or contrary to any person's rights or the law.

  4. if these terms and conditions (for example under "Delivery pre-conditions" above) provide that we may not deliver your order. 

 

  • Cancellations by you

You agree that you cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order so that you may place another amended order, please get in touch via calling / email.

If we agree to cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging, and for you to agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the return and cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to you, every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. However, no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed. If you have requested a cancellation but your order has already arrived, we will not be able to arrange a return.

 

  • Delivery records

We may record all details relating to deliveries. Our records may include details of the forms of verification referred to above and taking a photograph of the completed delivery. We will only use and disclose such records for reasonable purposes, which may include proof of delivery, administration, and complying with record keeping requirements under liquor licensing laws and law enforcement.

 

  • Risk

You agree that risk of loss or damage to products relating to your order passes on delivery of them.

  • Self Exclusion

We are committed to provide a safe and trust environment to our customers and want to promote a culture of responsible consumption of alcohol. Therefore, a customer can contact WeCart to voluntarily exclude themselves from our service. This means they will no longer be able to place an order containing alcoholic products on our website. Please contact our customer our customer service team via email to exclude yourself. If you wish to find out more, please contact our Customer service hotline.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions (including delivery charges) 

WeCart’s T&Cs may change or be suspended or terminated from time to time. These changes may relate, amongst other things, to our delivery charges. We will give advance notice of any such matters on our website at WeCart.com.au. Continuing to use any WeCart’s facilities, including using or ordering from WeCart.com.au after the period of advance notice has expired will be deemed as acceptance of the changed terms and conditions.
